Major (RET) James G. Cusic, III is the Branch Manager for Signal 88 Security. Prior to that he was a Co-Owner and Operations Manager of both 3D Security Solutions and 3D Services Group.

Mr. Cusic retired in 2002 from active military duty as both a Pararescueman (PJ) and Special Tactics Officer (STO). He continued to serve as a government civilian as a counter terrorism analyst for TRANSCOM until Mar 2007. Mr. Cusic transferred to Albuquerque, NM where he became a civilian Combat Rescue Officer (CRO) and PJ instructor.

His major accomplishments include: In 1994, he was the Mission Commander for three combat missions flown in support of Operation Provide Comfort.  In 2000 he created the civilian Assault Zone contract for the Air Force saving millions of man hours and dollars. On September 11, 2001 while stationed at the Pentagon, he led a team into the building looking for survivors after terrorists hijacked an airplane and crashed into the building. He used his PJ skills to save three lives.

As a Civilian Master Instructor, he created the Combat Rescue Officer Course from scratch and completed all the training himself to became a fully qualified civilian CRO and was awarded the graduation diploma.

He is an NRA Certified Instructor in Pistol, Personal Protection in the Home and personal Protection outside the Home. He is certified by the state of NM as an Instructor in Levels 1, 2, and 3 as well as Concealed Carry. Jim is a board member and the treasurer for the NM Professional Security Association
